Simply check the temperature using a food thermometer (please avoid medical or clinical thermometers).

If the item measures 40°F or higher, kindly take a photo of the product along with the thermometer reading, and contact us within one business day so we can assist you promptly. Please note that we’re only able to honor claims submitted with these details within that timeframe.
