Shipping Prices
We make it easy to get fresh, premium meats delivered straight to your door:
- New Mexico: Just $10 flat shipping — or free on orders over $150.
- Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Utah & Nevada: Just $15 flat shipping — or free on orders over $150.
- California, Iowa: $15 flat shipping on orders over $150, and $30 for smaller orders.
- Rest of the USA: Shipping is based on weight. To keep your order fresh, everything is sent with 2-Day Air delivery.
- Freshness, quality, and convenience — right to your doorstep.
Shipping Method
- New Mexico Orders: Shipped via UPS Ground – 1 Day Delivery
- Rest of the USA: Shipped via FedEx or UPS – 1-2 Day Delivery
We do our best to ship orders the next business day if placed between Monday and Wednesday.
Orders placed after Wednesday are shipped the following Monday to ensure your products spend the least possible time in transit to preserve the quality and freshness of the meat, which is the most important thing to us.
Packaging & Freshness Guarantee
Every order is packed in insulated aluminum cooler boxes with dry ice and/or gel packs. This ensures your meat arrives:
- Frozen or well below 40°F (FDA standard for food safety)
- In perfect condition, ready for your freezer or table
Our priority is to deliver premium halal meat to your doorstep with the highest standards of freshness and food safety. If you notice that an item has partially thawed upon arrival, there’s no need to worry. Simply check the temperature using a food thermometer (please avoid medical or clinical thermometers).
If the item measures 40°F or higher, kindly take a photo of the product along with the thermometer reading, and contact us within one business day so we can assist you promptly. Please note that we’re only able to honor claims submitted with these details within that timeframe.
